I feel called to share my experience over the last 2 years as I navigated my mental health struggles, and got deeper into my self awareness and healing journey. I stepped out of denial after years of suppression, and I feel so much more free. I hope this episode brings awareness and encourages you to look after yourself, ask for what you need and accept support where needed. You are innately worthy, regardless of it all. 75% of women with ADHD don’t get diagnosed until later in life, a lifetime of suppressing and masking, to fit in.
